The aim of the project is to expand the activities of West Side Story by introducing a new service for renting a tourist cottage in the Garbaty Masuria region, Gołdap municipality, plot no. 257/52. The investment aims to make the company resilient to crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and to broaden the offer to attract new customer groups. The implementation of the project will increase the competitiveness of the company, promote the health and safety of guests, and contribute to the introduction of sustainable ecological solutions (photovoltaics, energy efficiency).

Target groups: Individual clients, families, active tourists (cyclists, hikers), people with disabilities, and the elderly.

The project's outcomes will be:

Diversification of the company's activities through the rental of a holiday cottage, helping the company avoid risks associated with dependence on traditional tourist services.

Increased customer numbers due to the availability of the new service.

Utilization of modern technologies, such as photovoltaic installation and remote booking management, which will reduce operational costs and increase efficiency.

Introduction of services tailored to the needs of people with disabilities.
